Back to CX basics with One Challenge

We recently teamed up with the National Citizen Service’s One Challenge initiative, bringing sixteen young adults into Transform HQ in Great Portland Street to learn about the role of CX in web design.

After a whistle-stop tour of CX strategy and approaches, we spent the day welcoming the 17-18 year olds to the wonderful world of a Transform consultant, encouraging them to apply their new-found knowledge to come up with actionable recommendations on a Transform client’s website armed only with personas and user research.

Each group bravely pitched their recommendations to improve the CX of the website for each persona to our very own Dragon’s Den (A.K.A our Senior Management Team and CEO, Emma Robertson). We were pleasantly surprised with the results, with recommendations including optimised user flows, revised rich media content (including VR!) and improvements to SEO.

Needless to say we all came away beaming, which I’m reliably informed had nothing to do with the bag of Transform goodies our newly appointed mini-CX consultants received for their hard work.
