Agile methods are widely documented with a lively and easily accessible expert community which now includes using agile outside of its foundations in software development. However, the conditions and drivers of success in agile can be elusive or even closely guarded. Any change can be hard to start and harder still to accelerate early on. Our aim is to lift the lid on agile, making it accessible to all.
In September 2022, Transform launched its Academy programme with our first workshop “Agile for the real world”. Feedback was inspiring - both on the content and the chance to share and learn from attendees' experiences. So, we are opening our doors again.
We’ll share the expertise we’ve accumulated working with clients, drawing on years of practical agile experience. You won’t find this unique introduction to the topic anywhere else. It’s suitable for people new to agile and skilled practitioners looking for fresh ideas to set direction for successful agile adoption.
