We need to talk: a Digital and HR summit
When: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Where: 6 Agar Street, London, WC2N 4HN

A one-day participative workshop to take Digital Transformation to the next level.

Many organisations we work with are looking to move on from the question “How should we do digital?” to a broader, more fundamental question: “What do we need to do across the business to adapt to a digital world?”.

As a result, the focus of Digital Transformation activity is starting to shift from the ‘Digital’ bit towards the ‘Transformation’ bit – a recognition that the whole organisation needs to change to continue to thrive. It will require a new coalition of Digital and HR skills to address this challenge.

How do the organisation and our people need to change to operate in a digital world?
How do we recruit the right people, both in digital and across the board?
How do we ensure enough knowledge at senior levels to make good decisions?

On 18th October, in partnership with the Roffey Park Institute, we’re hosting a Digital and HR summit to map out the areas where the two disciplines need to collaborate more closely to drive change.

This one-day workshop is a unique opportunity to work with your Digital and HR peers to develop a manifesto to move the response to digital technology beyond its organisational silo and ensure it becomes embedded across the organisation.

This will be a creative and participative workshop in which you will collaborate with others who are facing similar issues to build a practical set of actions that you can take back to your organisation.

Who should attend? Senior executives in Digital, HR, Learning & Development or OD roles. Will be especially valuable if both Digital and HR from the same company are represented and we encourage you to invite a colleague to enable this.

Read more about why we’re doing this in this blog post.

The workshop is free of charge; but numbers are strictly limited.
