Amazon’s continuing march — can B2B survive?

The disruption that Amazon has introduced over the last two decades in retail has impacted retailers way beyond anything they could have imagined. Now with the introduction of Amazon Business it’s fair to say that the B2B sector will suffer some similar fates. The single biggest factor is that B2B customers are already B2C consumers who are experienced with the process and efficiencies that the Amazon model delivers and therefore may easily switch.
