Most of us have used the ‘fat fingers’ excuse when we’ve entered something in error on our tablets or smartphones. But what if our physical make-up isn’t to blame?

The world we live in gets more complex every day as new technology competes for our precious time and attention. We are becoming time poor, yet information rich, in our internet connected socially driven, content rich lifestyles.

Every aspect of our life now seems to require making a choice from the barrage of digital offers, channels and social updates. It’s increasingly difficult for consumers to make sense of all this noise and prioritise the important from the superfluous. In the future, brands and organisations will help lower this cognitive load and help users prioritise the stuff that matters to them.
