Digitally transforming the UK’s leading retailer

When we started working with Argos 10 years ago the retailer was ready to transform from a well-established catalogue based business. We defined and developed a multichannel strategy that paved the way for Argos to undergo a complete digital transformation. The full programme of work was ambitious and wide reaching. It led to the creation of its click and collect service as well as helping Argos to become the first UK consumer retail site to introduce credit applications at checkout – effecting a 300% uplift online.

As a result of this digital change programme – which included TV, mobile, web and one-click reservations – Argos has seen online increase from 12% to 42% of its overall business
