Hammerson had ambitions to develop an industry leading shopping centre with an integrated digital experience. Working collaboratively to select delivery partners we also defined the mobile and web roadmap for its Marseilles centre – Les Terrasses du Port – in addition to developing and delivering a channel-bridging user experience to leverage the personal and contextual nature of mobile.

Now live across all of its shopping centres, there have been almost 150k downloads of the app and over 25% of shoppers have registered their details to redeem an offer.
