Supporting a healthier population

‘One You’ is a ground breaking campaign from Public Health England targeting 40-60 year olds in a bid to help them make better lifestyle choices on issues such as smoking, drinking, eating and exercise. By combining user research and interaction design we developed a new suite of digital products for the campaign including the ‘How Are You’ (HAY) quiz – for users to see how current lifestyles affected their health; a website with information on different health areas and support services; and four mobile apps to support users in changing their behaviours.

Since launch, in March 2016, the website has received more than 2m visitors; over 1.5m people have completed the HAY quiz and the apps have been downloaded 200,000 times.
