The newly created DALAS framework is supporting the roll out of future applications that will be less dependent on legacy technologies. Lot 3 will be used for procurement of application and integration run services for many central government departments and UK public sector bodies, including HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Transform has a long history supporting HMRC and is delighted to be able to continue this relationship.
Through DALAS, UK public sector bodies will be able to access a range of IT digital services to help them develop and implement future applications that meet their needs. The framework can also help them to move to an application support model that isn’t dependent on legacy (old or outdated) technologies. Moving away from legacy applications will allow them to provide more cost effective and innovative services to their users in line with government digital strategy.
