Technology and data consultancy, Transform UK, has today announced the acquisition of Cadence Innova, consolidating ambitious growth plans in the public sector arm of its business.
Transform, previously part of the Engine group, was acquired by Next 15 in 2022 and the purchase supports group level plans to expand its consultancy offering. Cadence Innova brings expansive expertise in public service transformation and are trusted advisors to central and local government as well as the rail and road industries.
Both businesses have been at the heart of transforming public services for over a decade now, and this merger provides a platform for accelerated growth whilst offering a greater breadth and depth of capabilities to the market. The new business will offer clients an end-to-end service from strategy through to implementation, alongside the human touch and partnership scale that Transform and Cadence Innova are well known for.
Emma Robertson, Transform CEO, said of the acquisition “This is an exciting chapter for Transform as we continue to expand. We’re delivering exceptional work across many Government departments and the acquisition of Cadence Innova, who we’ve been hugely impressed with for a while now, provides us with a breadth of expertise that will enhance both of our offerings in the sector. It was really important to find a future partner that shared our values, and we’re excited to deliver more impactful change for our clients and citizens as a result of us coming together.”
Cadence Innova’s Founding Partner Gary Ashby added “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we are thrilled about the opportunities it presents for both Cadence Innova and our customers. Working with Transform, we’ve seen first-hand that they share our commitment and passion to enable positive change, and access to their deep digital, data and AI skills strengthens our capabilities to better serve our clients and drive the next stage of growth.”
Both organisations will continue to operate independently until February 1st 2025, when the new company will become fully operational.
