The landscape in which E.ON is operating is changing at a rapid pace, putting pressure on core business functions to operate more effectively and efficiently. As such, the Marketing function at E.ON engaged Transform to develop an operating model that’s fit for the future.
Vision and Purpose
We evaluated E.ON’s maturity across a range of qualities, highlighting aspects that are working well, alongside pain points, and identified a number of initiatives for improvement. We developed a vision and purpose, defined a new organisational structure supported by agile ways of working, designed new workflows and processes to support marketing, and successfully embedded and managed the change across the organisation.
Our work improved business collaboration, workflow efficiency and quality outputs, resulting in the highest employee engagement scores across the organisation and 40% efficiency in working practices. We also transformed the marketing from being product focused to customer led.
