For the environment
The pandemic brought new opportunities to consider our approach to working together with customers to minimise activity with an environmental impact and define a low-carbon future enabled by digital technology. This currently includes:
Ongoing, policy development and member induction and training will ensure we are maintaining our commitment to minimising environmental impact. The whole ESG agenda is measured and monitored at leadership level.

For equality
Transform UK is made of people: what we do is, literally, who we are. Each of us brings a unique contribution to our collective work. What unites us is our shared commitment to our values. and desire for positive social impact.
We come from many different social, educational and professional backgrounds, and we understand that our value for customers comes from the richness of thought, background and experience that diverse hiring achieves. Key to this is knowing that the ability to analyse and solve complex issues and build great relationships can be found in any number of places, so our team comes from diverse environments, including education management, the armed forces, automotive, retail, Government, financial services and more.
At present over 70% of leadership and management positions are held by women and we are proud to have been on the path back to work for a number of people who were out of the workplace for some time.

For wellbeing
When people are what defines your business, the matter of wellbeing is high on the list of priorities. Of course, it’s not one size fits all: everyone’s needs are different and everyone’s circumstances are different, so we look at this as creating the mental and physical conditions for a healthy, happy working life. Because life doesn’t stop when work starts.
We make this real through our People Strategy. Appropriately supported, self-directed professional development; proper conversations; an innate understanding that modern life is all about the balance of competing priorities, and a deep belief in ability and potential.
These are all underpinned by the default position of trust. We know that a successful, happy working life is one that’s manageable and sustainable, so our responsibility is to making this achievable for everyone.
