Darrel has over 20 years of experience working in customer data and digital transformation consultancies, in senior/executive leadership roles, delivering to private sector organisations.
He is passionate about customer outcomes and the key role played by strategic investment in achieving this. He holds an MBA and started his career as a Business Analyst with the Football Association, before specialising in commercial growth through innovation in advisory and leadership positions.
Darrel has extensive experience working with global technology brands delivering innovative change strategies in Media, Sport, Entertainment, Fast-Growth, Investment and High-Tech industries.
At Transform, Darrel is responsible for leading the Development of Growth & Change in our enterprise partnerships. He heads up our Salesforce relationship and has overall responsibility for some of our key Sport accounts.
